Nola has been a Utah based musician for nearly 10 years performing in Grand concert halls including; Abravanel Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Midvalley Performing Arts Center, and the State Opera House in Prague. She performs regularly with String FX providing fun and exciting entertainment for her community, as well as performing classical works with the Charvino String Quartet. Nola participated in Enkor International Competition winning 3rd Place in their Chamber Music category in 2020.
Nola earned her degree in Bachelor of Music emphasis in Instrumental Performance from the University of Utah in 2022. During her time at the University, she studied works by Bruch, Mendelssohn, Copland and Mozart. Nola participates in many music master classes and festivals; recently participating in Bach and Beyond held at the University of Utah performing works such as Bach Sonata no. 1 and Mozart violin Concerto no. 3. She was also involved in the SoCal Chamber Music Festival performing upbeat tangos, rags, and walts with her Quartet.
Music is Nola’s passion and she brings this thrill and dance to any occasion. Her performances add excellence and class while infusing modern pop and backing tracks to fit any request. Her love for performance has led to high experience in the field and professionalism that brings ease and enjoyment to your special event.
Nola joined String Fx in 2022, she adds an alternative flare due to her small following on Instagram; aiming towards heavy metal and rock and roll crowds. She is a Member of the band, Heirs ov the Ancient Throne performing violin and some vocals.
She has thoroughly enjoyed her time with String Fx and believes there is nothing more magical than uniting families and friends through music. She stands by String FX’s mission to provide unique, modern and luxurious live music design for weddings and events.
When not on stage, Nola loves painting, hammocking and being around friends. She frequently teaches and shares her musical love with the next generation.
