I. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 50% deposit of the total fee is required to secure the time and date of the event. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. II. REMAINING BALANCE: Remaining balance is due the day of the event before the scheduled performance. III. CANCELLATIONS: In the event a client needs to cancel they must do so 24 hours in advance of the performance or will be responsible to pay remaining balance. Client is responsible for ensuring safe, weatherproof, healthy conditions for their event and may not cancel for a refund in the event of rain or a COVID19 outbreak. Cancellations due to other last minute emergencies, or otherwise unforeseen acts of God will be exempt from the cancellation policy and may be refunded at the discretion of the performer. IV. SCHEDULE CHANGES: Time/date changes or late starts requested by the client are at the discretion of the performer and must be approved in writing 24 hours beforehand. The performer may not start late to wait for more guests to arrive the day of the event. V. ADDITIONAL FEES: Any additional fees incurred by the performer (parking, door fees, airfare, hotel stay, etc) will be covered by the client. In the event the performer is required to fly out to the venue, a $500 fee will be added per day (ex. flying in Tuesday morning for the event then flying out Wednesday morning would be considered 2 days with a $500 travel fee added to the total amount due.) Airfair & Hotel must be paid in full by the client at the time of the deposit. The client may choose to book air travel or hotel themselves but only with prior approval from the performer. A 20% per day late fee will be added to any payment for the amount owed if not made on time per the agreement. VI. METHODS OF PAYMENT: The client is welcome to use the following payment methods: Cash (for remaining balance only), Credit Card, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Personal Checks require prior approval from the performer and may be accepted at their descretion.
