This 5-star, award winning act is often referred to as one of the top performing acts in the Pacific Northwest, featuring Bridgette, Jordan and Michael Lewis who lived in Nashville and now reside in Northern Idaho. They perform as a trio or 5 piece band and are available to travel just about anywhere to perform.

OSO is primarily a cover act that performs hit songs from every decade over the last 100 years including some very radio favorites. They also have original songs that sound like a modern day version of the bands of the late 70's early 80's. Some of their favorite artists include Fleetwood Mac, Toto, America, Kansas, James Taylor, Michael McDonald and Chicago. Some of the newer artists they cover include John Mayer, Dua Lipa, Charlie Puth and One Republic.

The group has maintained a busy schedule performing for corporate events, weddings, cruise ships, ski resorts, festivals and wineries for many years now. Their personal credentials including working with a number of major artists and musicians both live and in the studio. Band leader Michael Lewis is also endorsed by a number of major gear companies.

They have a large list of recommendations from clients such as this:

“One Street Over is worth every penny. They sound great, entertain the crowd and are consistent!... Recommend them to everyone for any event.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

We've performed for everything from cruise ships to major college sporting events. One of our favorite events was for a resort on the Washington Coast. Laid back environment, crowd totally engaged and the weather was perfect! We love our cruise dates, our ski resort dates are fun and the college football games are always a blast!

What's your favourite type of event?

We love playing at resorts where everyone is having a great time.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

Our group is comprised of life-long musicians who each have a story to tell of how they got here. Collectively we've probably played thousands of shows of every type.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

Our group is heavily influenced by soft classic rock aka Yacht Rock. Michael McDonald, Steely Dan, Kenny Loggins etc... But is really the tip of the iceberg when we're talking about musical influence. Having been in Nashville for many years, our experience with various genres is extensive.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Our trio requires a 90 minute set up. Our band usually requires 2 hours or more. We typically play for 3 hours with one 25 minute break between sets.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We perform a lot of shows outdoors. However, our band requires shade during set up and during the performance, our band (and our gear) doesn't do very well in the heat so we try to avoid the deserts in July and August. We also require a smoke free environment which is a problem for some places.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We encourage requests at our shows and will play as many as we can. For birthday parties and weddings we work with the clients to formulate the perfect set list. (Please note that One Street Over does not sing explicit lyrics and we've been known to change the lyrics of some songs if they are inappropriate for general audiences.)

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Here's a sampling of comments: “Amazing...How are these guys not a nationally famous band? They are so good.” and "The next day, everyone told us "I can't get over how amazing that band was!" "Guests have requested One Street Over return again and again.”
