A Deposit of half of the price is required to confirm your booking and the remaining balance five(5) days prior before the event. Proof of payment must be emailed to the Manager of the Artist. 1. Purchaser/Promoter hereby hire the performance of Artist for the date, venue, city, place & time above mentioned and Artist accepts engagement to perform,subject to all of the Artist requirements being met,set forth in this agreement. 2. Should the performance be cancelled by the Purchaser/Promoter prior to 14 days before the scheduled performance, the Artist will refund the Purchaser his full deposit subject to cancellation fee of 25% ands all normal cancellation fees that apply to the booking of travel and accommodation requirements. If for whatsoever reason, the Purchaser/Promoter decides to cancel the performance of the Artist within 14 days of the scheduled performance date,the Purchaser/Promoter will be liable for all the fees quoted above and forfeit any and all deposits submitted. 3. Should the performance be cancelled by the Artist the Purchaser/Promoter shall be entitled to reschedule another performance to a date that will satisfy both parties,should the performance be cancelled prior to 14 days.If the Artist cancel within 14 days of the performance, the Purchaser/Promoter shall be entitled to claim damages, to the amount of the full deposit paid,less any administration fees up to a maximum of 25% of the performance fee. 4. The Artist agrees that this agreement may summarily be terminated by the Purchaser/Promoter and visa versa, only if activities as presently existing are only substantially curtailed by an Act of God. 5. Artist may refuse to perform should the time of performance start be delayed by more than inconsiderably. 6. This agreement only falls into effect once payment is made and copy emailed back to the manager's email plus a signed copy of the agreement returned. 7. All communication to the Artist will be directed through the Artist Manager to the Purchaser/Promoter and any subordinate,employee, contractor or partner of the Purchaser/Promoter. His contact number is __________ 8. Should any, or none of the requirement set forth above be met by the Purchaser/Promoter and no other arrangement has been agreed upon by WAP. The Artist have the right to terminate the performance and claim damages suffered to the amount of the full performance fee plus all additional cost incurred by the Artist and its representation, associated with the performance. 9. Unless organised by special agreement, and Promoter receives written authority, the Artist does not perform for less than 50 patrons. 10. Should the performance be recorded by any studio and/or audio visual equipment, written permission must be obtained from the Artist Manager.
