Average sized performance space for Synth, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Lead Vocal and 1 Backing vocal. We are an "ampless" band so we do not require space for amplification. Required are 5 110v power sources with at minimum 15 amps and adequate parking for 5 vehicles.
We would prefer a concise address and locations to load in and park. In addition, we would appreciate any sort of link for nearby accommodations. Information on what sort of front of house sound and if any lighting is needed or will be provided.
We provide our own on-stage monitor mix and provide sends to front of house. Front of house sound and lighting can be provided on request for an additional fee.
We are happy to provide music before our set, during any break, and after our show. You can choose the music, or allow us to be the DJ!
One of our favorite recent performances was at the Lorain Palace Theatre in Lorain, Ohio. We played to a packed house and were well-received in that historic and beautiful venue.
Playing private events and festivals are always the best. Anywhere that enjoys the best music of the greatest band of the "Second British Invasion".
We've known each other for years, and each of us has decades of experience in touring and local bands. We have all played together previously in other bands over the years, reuniting over the past few years over a combined love of Duran Duran.
We are a Duran Duran tribute band, and therefore owe all of what we are to the "Fab Five". We also adore the side projects of Duran, such as The Power Station, Arcadia, The Neurotic Outsiders, The Devils, and TV Mania.
We arrive approximately 2 to 3 hours before the performance for set-up and sound check. We are capable of arriving earlier or later as the venue would indicate. Our sets can vary in length, but can run as long as 1 45 minute set or 2 60 minute sets. Ultimately, a 90-100 minute set with no break brings our crowds the ultimate Duran Duran experience.
We will happily perform outside, but would prefer to have a shaded or covered area in case of inclement weather, a level performance surface, and ample power to our equipment.
We are happy to entertain requests from Clients within the scope of Duran Duran's catalogue or any of their known side projects.
Our clients have been pleased with the authenticity of our sound and our stage presence and costuming. We often are given special kudos from audiences over our precision and accuracy. Generally, our audiences prefer to dance to the big hits of Duran Duran.
