We're OSR, a 3-piece punk band from Hamilton, Ontario. Since forming in 2014, our goal has been to make as much noise as possible and have a damn good time doing it.
"We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we definitely take our music seriously" says Jake Arthur, Guitarist/Frontman of Our Saving Republic. "Phil (Oddi, Vocalist/Frontman) has a lot to say, and i'm grateful we get to us our music as a tool for it."
After years of posting DIY demos on Soundcloud, their first official single Another Casualty was dropped on Feb 21 2020. Another Casualty is a perfect representation of the band's raw sound and raw message. The rhythm section of the track Matt Campbell (Bass/Frontman) and Zach Krol (Drums/Frontman) were tracked live off the floor in 2018. "The demos were fun, but they didn't feel like our live shows did. So we took it back to basics, which I think ultimately is what this band is all about."
The single appears on their debut EP, Demonstration, on all streaming services.
