Our basic technical requirements include adequate space for a 6-member band, preferably on a flat surface and close to a power outlet. We also need a location that is sheltered from direct sunlight or rain to ensure the best performance conditions.

- If there is a space to change clothes and store the instrument cases during the show
- The number of setups needed to accommodate the entire event and the exact location for setting up the equipment
- If there are relevant directional indications to reach the venue.

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify or locally downloaded playlists before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music. We strictly require to know in advance if the streamed music must be played in a separate location in the venue, or with a separate sound diffusion system.

Our project is designed to provide the perfect musical accompaniment for private events, especially weddings and corporate parties. However, we also love performing at birthdays, christenings, first communions, Christmas parties, and dinner events in venues. Every occasion is unique, and we always bring the right energy to make it unforgettable!

OverFunk has been active since 2018, but each of us brings over 15 years of experience in the entertainment and private events sector. Our musicians and collaborators have a solid musical background, which allows us to deliver high-quality performances tailored to every occasion. We started gigging out of a shared passion for music and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for our audiences.

Our preferred genre is funk and disco music, and we love showcasing the most iconic tracks from these styles. Additionally, we enjoy rearranging songs and presenting surprising adaptations of pop and soul hits with a funky twist. This allows us to create a unique musical experience that resonates with our audience and keeps the energy high!

We typically require about 2 hours to set up our equipment and conduct a sound check. For the aperitif, we have approximately 1.5 hours of repertoire, followed by an additional 1.5 hours of dance music to keep the party going!

Yes, we are happy to perform outdoors! The only requirements are that the area is on a flat surface, dry, and sheltered from direct sunlight or rain to ensure the best performance and protect our equipment.

We have our own repertoire, but we are always happy to prepare specific songs for the most important moments of the event, such as the entrance, first dance, or cake cutting. We want to make each event unique and personal, so we are open to discussing any special requests!
