We serve a high quality Venezuelan traditional food. We use a lot of local sources of vegetables. We make sure to offer a whole Venezuelan experiences using a bit of our language when speaking with customers and also playing south American music when permitted.
Our menu is 100% Gluten free and 30% of our menu is Vegan

We are building an amazing food trailer that we would love to use at the festival, it is going to be ready in one month and will allow us to serve food faster and look even better.
We try to be as eco friendly as possible. Sourcing our vegetables from local farmers when possible. Using compostable food containers and cutlery. Our van is electric to help reducing the co2 emissions. Our food preparation process during serving time its been designed to generate zero food waste. In our central kitchen we have a service that takes our food waste to be composted as well as we recycle the used oil. 30% of our menu is plant based.
