From Algarve to Alentejo, our skilled pizza makers come to you to prepare delicious pizzas in front of your guests. Each dough ball is hand-stretch, then baked at 400°C for around 90 seconds in order to achieve the perfect texture : a light, airy crust that’s simultaneously crisp and chewy.
Our menu is a culinary journey through Italy's finest flavours, curated with a modern twist. From the classic Margherita, to some innovative combinations - each pizza is a masterpiece.

We need a flat surface of 3 x 2m minimum (varies depending of the size of the event). Preferably out of the wind id it's a really windy day.
If the event happens at night we require a basic power socket to plug our lights.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to unload in our equipment.
We love making pizzas at all sorts of events, we love to adapt to different venues and clients.
We normally arrive 1h-1.5h before starting to make pizzas to set up and warm up the ovens. The performance time depends on the need of the client and the number of guests.
We’re happy to serve outside but we ask for a flat level surface, and a power supply for lighting if the event is in the evening.
