Menu to be confirmed by both parties 2 weeks prior to the event. The Caterer reserves the right to make amendments to the menu at short notice, depending on availability of the ingredients. The Client must inform the Caterer of any food allergies or dietary requirements 2 weeks prior to the event. Allergen Food information is available upon request for the proposed menu. Please note the Caterer will take all steps to avoid cross-contamination in food preparation to protect Guests with a food allergy. However if this cannot be guaranteed by the Caterer then amendments to the menu may be made at short notice.
The Caterer shall provide cutlery, plates & napkins for the food to be served on. Any other items will need to be supplied by the Client, unless agreed otherwise.
The Client will choose from 5 pizza’s on the menu supplied by the Caterer to be on offer/served to your guests.
Please note that if more Dough Balls are used than the agreed amount, the Client will be liable for the extra cost at a charge of £15 per dough ball. An invoice will be sent by the Caterer to the Client after the event. However this option will not be actioned unless we have authorisation from the client.
Venue Access
The Caterer must have access to the venue 2 hours before the event's start time and two hours after the food service has ended for clean up, exceptions must be agreed prior to the event. The Client will make all necessary arrangements for the Caterer to obtain access to the Venue. The Client is responsible for all costs and deposits related to the use of the venue, as well as any permissions, authorisations, or other requirements required by the catering company providing services at the venue. The Caterer has requested that there be enough space at the venue to work from. Current gazebo size is 3m x3m. It is the Client responsibility that there is adequate space for the Caterer to work from.
Terms of Payment
Once the deposit has been paid, final payment is then due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Disruption and Delays
If there is a delay caused by bad weather, fire, flood, strike, or other labor dispute, acts of God, or acts of government officials or agencies, the Caterer is not responsible .
Insurance and Indemnification
The Caterer will have or will get Public liability insurance for the caterer's services at the event. However, the client will pay for any damage, theft, or loss of the caterer's property that happens at the event and is caused by any of the client's guests.
Cancellation
The Client must notify the Caterer of their intention to cancel the event in writing, as well as pay any required cancellation fee outlined in this Catering Contract, for the cancellation to be processed.
The client understands that by entering into this catering contract, the caterer is committing time and resources to this event, and that cancellation will result in lost income and business opportunities in an amount difficult to calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation restrictions will apply.
If the Client cancels this catering contract 7 days before the event, they will have to pay an additional £100 on top of the estimated total cost.
If the Client cancels this catering contract within 14 days of the event, they will not be entitled to a full refund.
If the Client cancels this catering contract 14 days before the event is due then they will forfeit their deposit.
Legal Compliance
The Caterer will follow all local health department rules and regulations regarding food preparation and service.
Limitation of Remedies
If the Caterer is unable to fulfill their obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond its control, the Caterer may find and retain a replacement catering company at no additional cost to the client, or the Caterer may refund the Client's money in full. Under these circumstances, the Caterer will not be liable for any additional damages or compensation.
Dispute Resolution
Both sides agree not to post any negative information about the other party arising from this Catering Contract or Event on any online forum or website, without first notifying the other party in writing of the planned content and giving them a chance to resolve any issues peacefully.
Authority
Both Parties agree that they are authorized to fulfill their obligations under this Catering Contract, and that the person who signs this Catering Contract is authorized to bind it.
This Catering Contract is the only agreement between the Client and Caterer regarding everything mentioned here, and can only be changed if both parties agree in writing.
