Renato Dias, born in Porto in 1976, has been playing guitar since he was 10 years old. Graduated in Jazz and over 20 years playing and teaching guitar in various styles but mainly Jazz. If you like Jazz and would like to have the prestige and quality of a top jazz musician at your event, look no further. In addition, you can choose which formation suits you best, choosing from a wide variety of instruments and number of musicians.

Solo - Jazz Guitar performances with a vast repertoire from Jazz to Pop Classics (€400 p/ hour).
Duo - In this format, I will be playing with another professional jazz musician I usually work with. Usually, I play with a double bassist but you might choose the instrument you would like to pair with my jazz guitar (e.g. double bass, trumpet, sax, voice, etc), as long they're available (€820 p/hour).
Trio - In this format, I'll be playing with 2 professional jazz musicians I usually work with. Usually, I play with a double bassist and a drummer, but you might choose the instruments you would like to ear with my jazz guitar and the double bass (e.g. trumpet, sax, voice, etc), as long they're available (€1200 p/hour).

Performance times (suggestion) = 1 x 60 mn set; 2 x 50 mn sets or 3 x 45 mn sets
I'm happy to play outside if it’s not too cold or windy, but I ask for shade, a flat, level surface, and a power supply close to the performance area.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
