Rocktonight is a versatile covers band based in Portugal, with over 10 years of experience in bringing energy and unforgettable performances to every event. We are known for our adaptability, seamlessly fitting into any occasion, whether it’s a private party, outdoor gathering, corporate event, or wedding celebration.
Our lineup is flexible to suit your needs: from an intimate acoustic duo or trio (with options for percussion or double bass) to a full 4-piece band, with the possibility of expanding for larger performances.
Our repertoire is extensive (check it here), spanning decades and genres. We perform hits from iconic artists like James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, The Rolling Stones, and David Bowie, as well as delivering high-energy rock anthems from The Killers, Bon Jovi, Green Day, and even System of a Down!

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue. In case of a sound limiter we can use electronic drums upon request.
Yes, we bring our own PA system (300 pax maximum) as well as a simple lighting rig.
Yes. We always provide a Spotify service before and between sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music. We can also provide a Spotify service after our set or a DJ service upon request.
We need 3,50x3,50m in case of the band. We also need 2 parking spots.
We can't choose just one. We have already played in so many different venues and stages and each one is special. Each performance is unique and unrepeatable. We always like to leave a lot of energy in our performances.
We love playing at weddings because they are always very happy occasions. We love seeing the bride and the groom along with the guests dancing and celebrating!
We started to play together in 2012 in pubs and events. We did our first wedding in 2017 and we never stopped. Since we started we’ve performed at hundreds of weddings, parties and events across Portugal and also in Spain, Switzerland and UK.
We have very different tastes in music. We love many kinds of music like jazz and blues until rock and metal. Our song list reflects that. We always love to play our own versions of the songs with lots of good energy.

We have many options: acoustic duo, acoustic trio with cajon, acoustic trio with contrabass and a 4-piece band, with the option to expand for an additional fee.
We have packages to ensure that we can provide live music for your wedding day, starting with the acoustic duo at the ceremony and cocktail and finish with the band to the ultimate party. We provide all sound system we need, including wireless microphones to all important speeches and for the ceremony.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up.
We normally perform 2h. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
We can learn specific songs 1 month before the event but we usually limit this to 2 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire.
