Sárkánykönny band Medieval folk fantasy music for medieval, LoTR, GoT and Witcher themed events

Minimum performance space: 8 meters x 3 meters.
Parking spaces required: 2 to 4 (depending on the number of performers requested).
Accommodation needed close to the event/on site: for all the musicians plus one or two persons (driver, road).
A dressing room is needed, as we play in our attire.

We need to know any directions to the venue. Also, we need to know the number of participants of the event.

At the moment, we do not have our own sound and lighning system, so it would be most welcome if sounding could be managed with your local team. We have our own technical rider though, so we can send before the event would take place - by request.

In case of need we may borrow or rent some equipment, on your expenses.

Yes, we can provide Spotify/DJ service 30 minutes before and after the show, if needed. We are happy to choose the music ourselves which would fit to your planned event.

To make us fully equipped, we would need the following:
- a mixer with 16 channels (potentially with phantom adapters)
- 10 stands (9 normal and 1 half-sized)
- light service and light engineer
- sound service and sound engineer

We can give you an unplugged experience, too.

The top three of our venues are as follows:
1. Végvári Vigasságok, 2019, location: Eger, Hungary. We have done 2 gigs that day, also gave two or three additional street perfomances. Worked with a very good team.
2. Szittya Fesztivál, 2023, location: Pomáz, Hungary. We played right before the headliner band Vágtázó Csodaszarvas.
3. Nándorfehérvári Emléknapok, 2024, location: Szeged, Hungary. We were the headliners of this medieval festival that year.

We like playing on bigger festivals and smaller concerts alike, though more personal and smaller events are our specialties.

Back in 2007, we started playing at medieval themed events and larps - we play for over 18 years now, with tons of gigs behind our backs.

In the beginning, the most influential ones were: Iron Maiden, Blackmore's Night, Corvus Corax, Alhana (HU) and Hollóének Hungarica (HU). Nowadays our music is influenced by Bordó Sárkány (HU), Loreena McKennitt, Irdorath, Faun, Wardruna - and many more in this genre.

It all depends what is required from the client or the event organizer. The longest show in one take lasted for more than 2 hours and we are happy to do it once more.

We had many outdoor shows and we are willing to play outside any time (once the weather allows outside performance). We need similar technical equipment as for inside.

We can learn and even write a new song for our client, by request. We would limit this to 3 songs to learn OR one song to write.

The most iconic review from our show is when one of our new fans "felt himself in the Heroes of Might and Magic game". Another one "felt himself in a hobbit hole inside Hobbiton for the whole time of the concert". That is what we play our music for - worths every efforts.
