I'm a professional saxophone player with over 25 years of experience. I provide solo saxophone music with high quality backing tracks which compliment the saxophone. I often pay for custom made tracks in order to deliver the best music for your event. Aside from top notch backing tracks, I focus much time in perfecting my saxophone tonality which makes all the difference in the music. My tone does not sound like a beginner, but a seasoned, professional saxophone sound. Feel free to make comparisons. My genres of music consist of traditional jazz standards and smooth jazz and smooth RnB tunes. I only select musical backing tracks that compliment the saxophone which allows me to be more expressive while playing.
If I were to describe my musical performance, I would place it in the category of background music while guests have dinner and mingle. I wouldn't call my myself the "high energy" sax player who dances around and jumps while playing to techno or house music, I'm the complete opposite, focusing more on traditional saxophone playing. I can provide my own sound consisting of a pair of Bose speakers suitable for small to medium venues. I may be able to handle a larger venue if the sound carries well. I haven't had a problem with my current sound set up as of present.

Other than a few county fairs, I haven't done huge style gigs, but would love to.
My favorite type of event is any event that people are enjoying themselves.
I've been playing many years playing in the local scene with bands of all sorts.
So many to name. I love David Sanborn, Kirk Whalum, Dexter Gordon, Paquito D' Rivera, just to name a few.
I typically get to the venu 1.5 to 2 hours before the performance to ensure I have enough time to set up and deal with any unexpected issues.
Playing outside is fine. On sunny, hot days, I would prefer shade, and on rainy days some type of canopy.
I have a setlist I have put together over the years. I am extremely picky about the tracks I use. I only use high quality musical tracks that compliment saxophone playing. There is an additional charge for any new song my client would like me to learn due to finding the song and rehearsing it.
One review said that the crowd was "fascinated", what ever that meant. I get a lot of compliments from guests at most performances.
