The organiser shall arrange the following technical equipment in proper functioning order:
ONLY FOR FESTIVAL: a performance stage or area of minimum 2 meters wide by 2 meters deep, solid and stable
A free surface or table of minimum 1 meter wide by 1 meter deep and 1 meter height, close to the mixer (for example: DJ booth)
1 XLR input (female socket) with seperate volume and equalizer (for example MIC1 on Pioneer) for SAX
1 stereo output (cinche female socket) of the master signal for IN-EAR
1 x free CEE7/5 type E French earthed 220V AC power sockets

The artist will bring the following technical equipment:
Sennheiser ew 100 G4-CI1 wireless receiver A band (516 - 558 MHz)
SK 100 G4 bodypack transmitter
SD Systems LCM 85 microphone
In-ear equipement
Sennheiser EW IEM G4-A (516-558 MHz)
Make sure the above stated frequency ranges (516-558 MHz) are legal and free to use without a license in your country. If this is not the case, please contact Saxit.
It is important that both performing and table surfaces are free and covered of all imperfections, pyro or pyro waste, drinks and any other type of fluid or unfavourable weather conditions (water, rain, snow, CO2, condense, wind, …).
In case of a (partly) open-air performance stage, the artist will not perform on the open-air area in case of unfavourable weather conditions. A saxophone is not waterproof!
Make sure the above stated frequency ranges (516-558 MHz) are legal and free to use without a license in your country. If this is not the case, please contact Saxit as other wireless equipment will be necessary!
All contact points stated above should be available and unused 60 minutes prior to the commencement of the performance, including all inputs and outputs of DJM (not built-in!), to allow set-up and configuration of the artist’s gear.

Saxit normally arrives 45 minutes before the performance to set up. Saxit normally performs 1x 60 minutes or 1 x 90 min sets. The client has the option of making Saxit play longer or shorter.
