1. Booking & Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 45% is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the event starts. 1.2. Payment methods accepted: [UPI or Cash] 1.3. Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the deposit and receipt of a signed agreement. 2. Cancellation & Refunds 2.1. Cancellations by the client will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 2.2. In case of cancellation by Me due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date may be arranged. 3. Performance Requirements 3.1. The client must provide a suitable DJ booth, power supply, and necessary sound equipment unless agreed otherwise. 3.2. The venue must comply with all legal and safety requirements. 3.3. I require 15 minutes for setup and soundcheck before the performance. 3.4. Please provide water bottles. 4. Music Selection & Requests 4.1. I'll will curate only Techno music based on the event’s theme and audience preferences. 4.2. Song requests are welcome but will be played at the DJ’s discretion. 4.3. The client must provide special track requests at least [2] days in advance. 5. Equipment & Liability 5.1. I'm is not responsible for any equipment failure beyond his control. 5.2. Any damage to DJ equipment caused by the client, guests, or venue staff will be chargeable. 5.3. I'm is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the event. 6. Code of Conduct 6.1. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and professional environment for the performance. 7. Force Majeure 7.1. I'm is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 8. Agreement 8.1. By booking , the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
