• The artist is insured through Equity for public performances and teaching • Full payment in advance is required to secure the booking. • An invoice is valid for 5 days from being sent to the client. If the fee is not received in advance, the booking will not be confirmed, and it is the client’s responsibility to make alternative arrangements. Once confirmed, the client has 24 hours grace-period during which a full refund will be given if cancelled for any reason. • After the 24-hour confirmation period, in event of cancellation by the client the fee is non-refundable. • In event of cancellation by artist due to injury or illness, the artist agrees to attempt to supply a replacement artist or to refund the full amount within 3 working days of cancellation.
