Simone Ayling-Moores Duo is a sophisticated Jazz Duo known for their smooth, intimate sound. With sultry vocals and elegant bass lines paired with intricate, expressive guitar work, they create a seamless blend of artistry. Having performed together internationally for over a decade, the duo's deep musical connection is evident in every note, bringing a timeless elegance to Jazz standards and soulful interpretations alike.

Although we come primarily as a Duo (Vocals, Bass and Guitar), we are also available as a Trio, adding drums to the lineup for a more upbeat and full sound.

We require only a small space and one plug point.
It would be useful to know the parking situation at a venue.
We have our own PA system but do not own lighting. We could however, hire lighting if it was needed.
We can play Spotify between sets and are happy to make an appropriate playlist ourselves using the client's guidance or to let them create the playlist themselves.
We love any event where we're able to play but we particularly love weddings and parties as everyone is always so happy! We also love upscale corporate and charity events where we can provide background music.
We have been gigging together for over a decade and have performed at hundreds of venues, parties and weddings in the UK and beyond, including a residency in a beautiful restaurant in Malta.
We generally arrive at least half an hour before an event to set up but are happy to arrive earlier for those who prefer this. We generally perform 2 x 45 minute sets or 2 x 60 minute sets but we are really happy to do more or less depending on what the event is as we find each event requires a slightly different approach. Mostly, we are super flexible for whatever works for each event!
We are happy to perform outside as long as there are supports in place to protect equipment in case of bad weather etc.
We love making our performances as bespoke as possible and will always commit to learning a certain amount of requests from our clients, as well as trying to curate our set list to their wants and needs as much as possible.
