2. Cancellation and Rescheduling a. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. b. Cancellations made 5-14 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. c. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled service will forfeit the full deposit. d. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances a. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions for flying, we reserve the right to reschedule the service at no additional cost. b. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. 4. Flight Regulations and Safety a. All flights will be conducted in compliance with FAA regulations and local laws. b. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone flights if safety concerns arise. 5. Image and Video Rights a. Skyrec Visuals will share copyright of all images and videos produced. b. Skyrec Visuals reserves the right to use any captured content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 6. Delivery of Final Products a. Standard delivery time for edited photos and videos is 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified. 7. Client Responsibilities a. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for drone operations on private property or restricted areas. b. Clients must provide accurate information about the shooting location and any potential obstacles or hazards. 8. Liability a. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. 9. Quality Guarantee a. We provide high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss reshoots or editing adjustments. 10. Privacy a. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. 11. Changes to Services a. We reserve the right to subcontract services if necessary, ensuring all subcontractors meet our quality standards. b. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be made in writing and may affect pricing. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
