Sonic Boom are an Award Winning three piece male high energy party band (Wedding Band of the West Midlands 2019 by Event Entertainment). Fully self contained with PA system and professional lighting rig, they can bring the party to you to make your event extra special. With a huge repertoire covering hit songs from the 50's right through to today's chart hits, Sonic Boom will have guests of all ages dancing all night long at your event.
Sonic Boom are three professional, polite, reliable and confident individuals with years of gigging experience at big and small events. The band do not just 'perform' the songs they will do their best to engage with your party so everyone feels involved and is either singing along or hitting the dance floor. Giving you and your guests 'That Wembley Experience.'
Sonic Boom offer background party music or a bespoke Female DJ service who can entertain your guests when Sonic Boom aren't performing, take song requests on the night from your guests so the dancing and fun never stops until the event finish time.
Sonic Boom have many event packages which include longer set times, a drum solo extravaganza and a chance for one of your guests to get up and sing with the band.
For a small extra fee Sonic Boom can also bring along their in-house Professional Photographer Peachypix to capture all those special memories of your event/party so you can let your hair down and not worry about taking pictures - please ask about this service during the booking process. Remember most photographers leave after the first dance and miss this epic part!
Sonic Boom can also offer a Female Lead Vocal Option with Nikki Simmons, (a Youtube star who has amassed over one million views for her cover of Wrecking Ball) for an extra fee so you have a mixture of male and female vocals.
Sonic Boom can also take away any stress by making any important announcements down the microphone during the evening, for example : Cake cutting , First dance or any other announcements on the night or last orders at the bar!

Power requirements for Indoor Venue: 2 x 13 amp sockets near or by the performance area.
Power requirements for Outdoor Venue (Marquee or Tipi) : 10KVA Generation- this will allow you more than enough head room.
Stage: Performance Area Space Requirements: As a guide the band needs enough room to cater for drums, bass and guitar set up, PA system and lighting rig. The minimum space required is Width -16 ft (4.87 metres) and Length (depth of stage) 10 ft (3.1 metres). We can adapt to spaces and venues but these measurements will give you a guide. If you have also booked a DJ for your event, please can you let them know that the Band will require the above space to set up.
Set up/ Soundcheck Time: 1.5 hours - please allow more time if venue has obstacles in way of room access, parking , stairs etc.
Public liability and PAT certificates can be emailed to you or the venue if required before your event.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please notify us if your venue has a noise limiter device. We can accommodate and work with these but we need to know BEFORE we arrive and perform. Failure to do so may compromise the whole bands performance on the evening.
Set up/ Soundcheck time : 90 minutes before music is put on.
