Soul Motion is a Motown, R&B, Soul pop band, providing top grade entertainment! Soul Motion is not just another pub band. Playing Motown, R&B, Soul pop music is what we call "Happy Music" . Every song played gets people either singing along, or dancing...most times both! Every event we've played to date, has been sold out, in Montreal and Ottawa! At our last show in Ottawa, people were turned away at the door, being over capacity. We are booked at additional Ottawa pubs, as well as 2 festivals in Ottawa this summer. We are awaiting confirmation on 2 Montreal pubs as well. Our unique band is what we like to call our mini British Invasion band. Soul Motion consists of 2 British musicians that have toured extensively in the UK. Soul Motion is an Ottawa/Montreal based band, consisting of very seasoned entertainers, with a repertoire that no other band offers. Covering old school Motown, as well as very new material, Soul Motion covers Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Maroon5, Lizzo, Dua Lipa, James Brown, etc...this unique repertoire is delivered with energy, and mostly fun!
