We need a performance space of at least 10ft by 14ft. we also require 2 x 13amp power sockets and no less than 3 parking spaces.
Time and date and directions of venue, lighting, noise limits, load in time and place.
Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs.
Yes, we can provide music during our breaks.
We performed for one of the Lincoln, Del Web community ,outdoor music venues. it was one of our largest crowds and the vibe and feedback was amazing.

We started gigging at the local outdoor summer music series. and our performances developed from there. Since we started we’ve performed at severals of weddings, parties and events across the Bay Area.
Otis Redding: his energy is off the hook, Old school classic soul music makes everyone get up and start moving and grooving.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area." If there is no shade, we bring our own.
I normally ask the client to view our set list. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them." "We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs.

Stax City I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the first song everyone was up on the floor dancing. All members are
amazing musicians and you cannot go wrong with a fantastic horn section. Cliff and the boys turned up early and were
ready to go right on time. They were very respectful of our event and asked how we would like the night to flow.
Willard is a wonderful front man with a great voice. The set list was perfect for our crowd. I looked around and saw
my 76 year old neighbor dancing with my 26 year old coworker. I received so many calls and emails the next day
saying how fantastic they were. I think they even got a private booking out of it. It was a magical night, people had a
great time and I'm already looking forward to taking a crowd to see them perform again. I cannot thank them enough
for making our event a huge success.

Last evening we attended the latest outdoor amphitheater concert here at SCLH. The Band played a wide selection of mostly R&* style music based on the old Stax label. We were reminded of the Tower of Power with the tight arrangement s, extraordinary music ship, and strong vocals. And like the best tribute bands, this group played familiar tunes but put their own distinctive stamp on each one, The crowd was enthusiastic to sat the least---whats not to like?
