I enjoy playing with great musicians. I often get as much out a fun cocktail event in good company as a jazz club in highly creative exchanges.

I've been playing professionally since my teens. I was lucky we had a great big band and leader in high school. I've been playing concerts, shows, parties for decades.

Oh boy, too hard to answer. I saw Aerosmith in 1988, Allan Holdsworth, Bill Bruford, David Lee Roth, Billy Idol, Judas Priest all that year and more, and enjoyed all of them. I think my most influential musicians would be Miles Davis, Coltrane, Cannonball Adderly, Charlie Parker. I also love Count Basie and Woody Herman's bands.
