Minimum 3 dedicated electrical circuits, 15 amps each or grater. Must be completely safe from surges.
- Load-in location and details, and direction to performance area
- Clear instructions on which electrical outlets to use
- Storage location for cases and other equipment
Complete AV system, and stage lighting is included. Stage/risers are not included, but available for an additional fee.
DJ is included for dinner and band breaks (unless other arrangements have been made)
- Arrival is typically 3 hours before guests' arrival. Please allow for 3 hours to load-in, setup, soundcheck.
- DJ usually plays light background music during dinner
- After dinner, band typically performs 3 sets x 50 to 55 min each, within 4 hours.
We can perform outdoors, as long as the performance space is completely covered in case of any inclement weather. Electrical power must be regulated and completely safe from surges.
We can provide our song list upon request, and clients are welcome to make requests. We do not typically invite clients to hand-pick the entire set, but we will do our best to include as many of their requests as possible.
We are also happy to learn 1 to 3 special requests for first dance, father-bride dance, mother-groom dance.
