Tasty Productions Dj, Digital and Vinyl Specialist

Started playing out in clubs in 1996 for Pams House at The Attic in East Anglia and Ice Bun at Hollywoods nightclub [east anglias premier club in 1990's. Some friends and i then started hosting parties on a retired Lightship in Colchester Essex Called "Un~Known Promotions", We did several parties there and other venues in Tottenham and Vauxhall, London. When Un-known had run its natural cause i mainly got into the free party scene for several years playing many different places all over the uk.

In Sept 2000 i relocated from East Anglia to the beautiful West country in the Bath area where i have been ever since. I played for several local promoters in various local clubs over the next few years aswell as the free party scene and a few small festivals. As the digital age of music and dj'ing really started taking effect everywhere i found myself a bit left behind still only playing vinyl. This became very apparent to me when i got booked to play a small local festival "Maxfest" and i turned up with my box of vinyl and there was no turntables at the venue and ended up fetching my own from home just so i could still play! Not ideal but needless to say i smashed that set big! lol

i didnt really play out for a few years after that, just at home and friends houses/parties untill my fiance surprised me at Christmas 2020 with Pioneer Dj controller as my gift. I was still stuck in my old vinyl habits and hadnt really thought about actually making the move to digital mixing, as id tried it a few times at friends house's and studios, I found it very alien and wasnt convinced with it all! Anyway, I set up my new "Decks" and had a messed around with them. I found out after a fair bit of practice that they werent so bad after all and i am actually really enjoying Dj'ing again! Tbf I LOVE IT! lol

Shortly after that happened i found myself starting to get gig offers again with a few different local promoters in and around wiltshire. I played at "Rum n Reggae Festival" last July and had a massive response and bookings from that set.

My fiance is a circus/fire/stage and dance performer and together weve started our own little successful events company, we cater for weddings,birthday parties, corporate events supplying anything our clients need from sound,lights and staging and decor to skilled performers and dancers,fire performers and aerialists,

We also have our own very successful Risque caberet show which has run for last 8 years at the Bradford on Avon Fringe Festival and recently the Pergatorium Scaremaze event in Wiltshire. I really enjoy being part of organising,creating and performing at these events but my true passion is for my Dj'ing and i am loving the gigs i have played at recently and the feedback from them. The latest promoter ive just been rebooked by after my first booking for them is "Sense Recordings"

I started out originally playing house,hard house and techno back in 96 but since playing digital aswell its made many different genres alot more accessible to me so now i also play Commercial house, tech house, Bass house, Deep house and techno, Afro house, Electro swing and a little D n B recently too. I just love playing out and making people dance and have a good night.
