We are a band of world renowned musicians. Some of us studied in college and others around the world. Led by Vocalist and Percussionist TB Bess, we are a band of friends and family who bring Heart, Energy, and Soul to every stage. We came together in January 2024 wanting to start the next big band. We do downsize to rhythm and Vocals when the gig calls for less. Our style is Funk, R&B, Pop, soul, and even a lil Hip Hop. We accommodate any need requested as well. We are here to put a smile on your face and keep everyone dancing. You can't go wrong with Put Together as everything we do is Put Together. Some of the musicians have played with Billy Paul, Stylistics, Lady Alma, Shirley Lites, Vertical Current, Kim Sledge Keke Wyatt and so many more. Wilsons in HiNella NJ for me. The crowd was amazing and the hospital even better. We did not have to worry about sound and the pay was good. It’s a Venue that allows you total freedom and it caters to those who want to be soul singers and performers.
Any event we love to perform and make our guest feel good. If I had to pick one where I can make the show about all the music I love and everyone just vibing.
Personally I studied in college, church, and had the pleasure of almost being and understudy for some of the best musicians to date. I started gigging as a drummer and now leading my band just by being out and performing at some of the best Jamms and Open Mics and getting booked from it.
Many Artist Marvin Gaye, Beyonce, Mary J Bidge, PJ Morton, James Brown and Car Wash by Rose Royce one of my favorites and Heavy Love Affair one of the greatest songs.
Times vary but 8-12 my favorite are 10 PM- 2am unless it’s a wedding . Usually travel with a quartet of musicians and two vocalist one male and female. Bass, Keys, Drums, Guitar. For bigger gigs Corporate, Weddings and Parties we add three piece horns. We go up to 4 vocalist and add percussionist. There are times we bring in a 2nd keyboardist for synth.
We are happy to perform anywhere, but if outside we would like weather accommodations tent, etc.
Yes and No the client gives me and Idea of what it is they want and maybe a song or three but we will take care of the music selection and deliver what it is they want. We try and make sure we stick to the format of the one who hired us after all we are here to make them happy.
