We would need to know all the client’s requirements, the location in advance, and have an interview with the client to discuss any potential needs or issues regarding the product and our responsibilities. It would also be necessary to understand the hotel’s conditions and speak briefly with the client to determine what we may need and how we can best satisfy their needs.
Yes ( with an increase in the budget).
Yes.
One of the best gigs I’ve ever done was performing in Opera’s season of Liceu de Barcelona. The atmosphere was incredible, and the connection with the audience was unforgettable. As for the best venue, I’ve had the privilege of working in some remarkable places, the experience truly special.
My favorite type of event is an intimate concert where I can connect closely with the audience. There’s something very special about sharing music in a setting where every note and emotion resonates personally with each listener. It creates a unique atmosphere that brings out the best in my performance.
I started gigging years ago after training in classical music and crossover genres, where I initially performed in local venues and events. My journey really took off as I explored both opera and popular music, blending these styles to create unique performances. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to perform at a variety of events—from intimate cabarets to large-scale concerts. This diverse experience has allowed me to connect with audiences in different settings and continuously evolve as a performer.
I’ve been most influenced by a range of artists, from opera legends like Luciano Pavarotti, who brought such power and emotion to every performance, to crossover icons like Andrea Bocelli, who blend classical and contemporary seamlessly. My favorite artist, though, would have to be Freddie Mercury. His charisma, vocal range, and ability to captivate audiences are unparalleled. As for the greatest song of all time, I’d say ‘Nessun Dorma’—it’s timeless, moving, and brings out the raw beauty of the tenor voice.
My typical setup includes a high-quality vocal microphone and sound system to ensure clarity and impact for the audience. For performance times, I can tailor sets based on the event’s needs, usually performing two 45-minute sets with a short break in between, or one full set of around 60-90 minutes if preferred. I always strive to create a seamless experience that fits the atmosphere of the occasion.
Yes, I’m happy to perform outside as long as there is appropriate cover and equipment to protect both the instruments and sound setup from weather conditions. Performing outdoors can create a wonderful atmosphere, and I’m always open to adapting to different environments to ensure the best experience for the audience.
I’m always open to client input and enjoy tailoring the repertoire to suit the event’s atmosphere. While I have a set repertoire of classical, crossover, and pop-rock pieces, I can incorporate specific requests as long as they align with my style and are planned in advance. It’s important to me that the music resonates with the audience and fits the occasion perfectly.
Previous clients often describe my performances as powerful, emotive, and captivating. They appreciate the way I connect with the audience and bring both intensity and warmth to each piece, whether it’s a classical aria or a contemporary crossover song. Many have mentioned that my performances create an unforgettable atmosphere that resonates with listeners long after the event.
