The Breakaway Band is a group of 5 seasoned musicians with decades of recording and performing experience with bands spanning New York to South Florida and all the way to Europe. These experiences allow each member to bring their own style building a mix of rock, country, and blues with some originals taking the listener on a journey from the 1960s to today. We mash up tunes that keep you guessing. We know the show is successful when the audience is singing along, dancing and letting us know they love hearing those few surprises that they “haven’t heard in a long time!”, Each new gig has a few new songs always keeping it new and reminding us of that time when......
We bring energy and passion to every performance, along with our dedicated fans, creating an unforgettable experience. A sudden escape is achieved when each instrument locks into your sense of hearing and transports you to that place.

We require 2+ hours to setup and keep the music going taking short breaks, each set lasting over 1 hour tayloring each set for mood of the event, up to 4 sets lasting over 4 hours.
