BIO
The Ginger Project duet was formed by Doris Chiotis (vocals, percussion, kazu) and Costas Bakopoulos (guitar, vocals) in 2017.
The duet has over 400 songs (frequently updated) of different styles of music (Old & Modern Pop, Top hits, Swing, Jazz, Motown, Ballroom,Country, Rock, Rock n roll, Latin, Disco) and in several languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Greek).
The duet has developed its own style and sound as a combination of pop, funky and jazz idioms and has the capability to provide a full live experience with an uplifting but also quality-based sound with full guitar arrangements combined with dynamic vocals and percussive instruments.
The act is suitable for cruise ship and hotel entertainment, parties, restaurants, weddings, corporate and other special events.

No, we don't provide sound and lighting equipment.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick songs from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
