Aggeliki sings American and international jazz and pop standards accompanied by 1-5 musicians, depending on your needs and budget. Her voice has been described as sultry, sensual and soulful. You can expect a classy, entertaining and sometimes even theatrical act. Her unique background and versatility allows her to sing jazz, Latin, blues, soul, funk, R&B, ballads, and traditional and modern Greek music while staying true to all those genres. She speaks Greek, English and French fluently, and sings in Italian and Spanish as well. She is based in NYC from Athens, Greece and travels often. Whether you want a relaxing/romantic listening experience or a full blown dance party, Aggeliki and her team of all star musicians has your back!
We require at least one parking space and power supply.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and the place where we are supposed to load in our equipment. We'd also need to be informed if the venue will provide sound and if there's a sound limiter in the venue.
We can either work with the sound system of the venue, or if there is none, we can bring our own PA system and lighting equipment.
Yes, we're happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We're happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets, but we're happy to adjust according to the event and audience.
We are happy to play outside but we ask for a flat level surface if possible and a power supply close to the performance area.
We have a diverse repertoire to choose from and can also learn specific songs at the client's request, as long as there is reasonable notice before the event.
