The Krakens 4 piece rock cover band performing a mix of classic and alternative rock.

We are flexible and adaptable with our performance spaces but would ideally need a space of 8 x 5 meters. We also require 4 x parking spaces and at least 2 x 13 amp power sockets.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. Timings to load in would also be helpful to ensure we can set up smoothly and with minimum disruption. We'd also need to be informed if there's a sound limiter in the venue.

Yes we bring our own PA System and can hire a simple lighting rig if the venue requires.

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music

Chris - the lead singer has experience singing in PULSE on P&O cruises which was an amazing experience travelling around Europe performing a wide range of songs and genres.

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings and private events are our favourites! We have recently played a private party and the guests were really happy with the event!

We met in March 2024 and initially were playing together as a one off gig, but we ended up getting re-booked and continued to expand our set list and repertoire from there.

Queen: Possibly one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Their songs are always a crowd favourite and get crowds dancing and singing along.

We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up and sound check. We have been known to play 4x 45 minute sets, but we find for weddings and private events 2x 1 hour sets or 2x 45 minute sets work best.

We're happy to play inside or outside but if playing outside we ask for shelter, a flat level surface and a power supply to plug our equipment into. We can provide extension leads and multi plug sockets.

Once booked, we offer a consultation session in the price to discuss set lists. We can learn specific songs for the event but we do limit this to 5 songs. If we are unable to perform a song for any reason we will offer alternate suggestions.
