Tropical Shores Steel Drums features Brad and Erica Shores performing a vibrant "island jazz" sound. Brad plays lead steel pan and keyboard while Erica play the "double seconds" steel pan drums. They love to play for any kind of an event where an "Island atmosphere" would add to the party. They also enjoy doing educational programs for groups wishing to add special music to the event. They use "edutainment" which is a combination of music and education about the steel pan drum. Tropical Shores can perform as a single act or as a duo act as schedule and budget requires.

I am a life long professional musician having started performing at age 14. I started playing steel drums in 1986 and have had a professional group ever since then.

we need about 20-30 minutes for set up and need to be out of direct sunlight to protect the steel drums from heating up. We normal play 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on the event.
