All are experienced musos. Unsuspected became an identity in 2022 rehearsing for a few months before landing a few gigs. Lead vocalist Linda commenced in June 2024. Linda has performed solo, as duo and trio in clubs, pubs and casinos in South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, gigged as backing vocals in a Pink Floyd Tribute Band both in Adelaide and Sydney. Lead guitarist Jarrod is a multi-instrumentalist with his own youtube chanel of his own cover takes, Drummer Leigh has played the Canberra circuit for many years moving to Sydney and joining Unsuspected in 2022 and Bass Ron has a load of experience in in various Rock, Country, Country Rock bands.
The band play a multitude of artists and is not a tribute band. All well known classics that make the party rock have proven to be favourites and pleased we can deliver a great mix. There are so many current great entertaining bands, we just want to be part of this wonderful industry.
Memebers commence arriving to set up 2.5hrs before performance time starts. Sets are approx 45min, 3 sets for 3hrs and 4 sets for 4 hrs. This has proven to work the best .
Happy to play outside if protected from weather elements.
We play to our sets with a mix of well known classics that are successful with the audience. If we are unable to do a request, it is noted for a possible addition to the repertoire.
