Review Centre: Swing Bands

"We came across the band Hot Wings quite by accident and we are incredibly happy about it. We couldn't have chosen a better musical accompaniment to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Schrack Technik. At an event for hundreds of people there was dancing, guests were having fun and the dance floor was empty at most during the breaks. The chosen repertoire was excellent, with both younger and older ages coming into their own, and the band was one of the first things guests praised after the celebration. The communication before the event was also great, quick, everything was fine-tuned at the joint meeting in the space, and there was not a single problem on the day of the celebration. Thank you for the amazing music at our party, it was a great experience for everyone!"

"Saturday December 14 we went to the Christmas concert of the Marcia Bamberg Swing Quartet in the old pumping station in Heerhugowaard. Great, atmospheric evening with top musicians and the beautiful, lived-in voice of Marcia Bamberg. Gipsy Jazz, the way you like to hear it. Amazing how Christmas hits and French chansons were arranged in the swinging style of Django Reinhardt. We can expect a lot from this Quartet! Recommended."

"The band entertained everyone at our afternoon tea party. I have organised other events and it is very difficult to please everyone , but the feedback received from those attending was unanimous in their praise for the band . Laura’s singing was sensational. I will definitely hire again. "

"We made the best decision to have Soulmates Collective at our wedding in Poggibonsi. From the start, Francesco was an absolute delight to deal with and provided answers to all our questions. We were a mess prior to the wedding and he took all the stress of music away from us. On the day, Francesco on piano, and Sergio on trumpet, played incredibly. At times they were the centre point of attention, at other times, soft harmony in the background. The music was perfect and I was often captivated by their mastery of music and their chemistry playing together. In addition to this, Francesco and Sergio were just beautiful human beings. We felt like they were part of our family, playing from the heart. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. You can’t go wrong with Soulmates Collective. "

"Mr. Swing’s Dance Orchestra performed at our wedding at the Hospitium in York and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect band. The swing band was fantastic at reading the room and getting everyone up and dancing. All of our guests have raved about how amazing they were, and we totally agree. "Here the quartet were exceptional, everyone liked the choice of music and being swing allowed us to dance during the performance. The musicians were super professional and friendly and the singer's voice was amazing! good choice! Now we have entrusted the musical performance to our capo and it is an original and appreciated idea!"
