"Kate was absolutely amazing, and we are so pleased that we booked Kate to play during the arrival drinks at our wedding. Our guests commented about how lovely it was when they arrived at our wedding venue after the church service and they heard Kate playing, as she helped create a fantastic focal point. Kate also played the music choices we had requested, which made it an even more personal touch. We loved Kate's playing and she also brought several outfits with her so she could co-ordinate with our colour theme, which was such a kind thoughtful gesture. We cannot recommend Kate highly enough - she was fantastic. Thank you so much."

And, although you weren't expecting to play anything else, when asked you played some inspired Bach for ten minutes. Álvar was very flexible with choosing the volin pieces to play, he was also very creative with figuring out what pieces would work for different parts of the wedding. "Jools performed at the Playhouse sessions in Stratford between lockdowns last year. He performed after 2 strong acts which is always a tough gig. What you got was high quality music accompanied by Jools’s relaxed demeanour. Jools give a thoughtful description of each tune with humour a constant thread throughout which helped build a strong relationship with the audience. Jools is always prepared to take a risk with his music and challenge boundaries with fine delivery. Already re booked him for later this year."
