"We just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so much for being such a fantastic part of our wedding last week! We have lost count of the number of guests who commented on how fantastic you all were, both on the night itself and in messages afterwards. The atmosphere was exactly as we had hoped it would be. We can’t think of a better way that we could have gotten all of the different people from all walks of our lives up and dancing all night! Dexter particularly isn’t much of a dancer so I hope you do take it as the high praise that it is that he was on the dance floor for so much of the evening. We also just wanted to say a massive thank you for being so flexible with the timings and playing later than planned without any issue. Hope the rest of the wedding season continues to be such a success. Thanks so much again."

Everyone really loved them and wished they could have stayed for longer! What a great mix of old vs. new Gatsby and great singer and musicians would definitely recommend them!"

"The Moonlighters were amazing!!!! All the guests got on the dance floor and never left - the kids, the grandparents, everyone was dancing! The venue staff were even dancing on the sidelines and raving about how great the band was and how to book them in the future! absolutely wonderful!"

"Strepitosi! E bravi questi quattro ragazzi in uniforme! Li abbiamo sentiti suonare ad Alassio qualche anno fa e, come ci siamo promessi, questi maestri suoneranno al nostro matrimonio, e così è stato. A Villa Roseto di Imperia, in questa splendida location suggestiva, gli Uke Swing hanno preso posto anche loro, intrattenendo gli ospiti con cover swing anni '40, sempre pronti a ogni evenienza e attenti ai momenti della cerimonia. Seri, simpatici, professionisti e discreti nelle esecuzioni dei brani e maestralmente ben inseriti nel contesto, hanno contribuito alla meravigliosa riuscita della festa. Peccato che ci si sposa una volta sola! Alessandra e Gianluigi"

"sam's performance was fantastic. From welcoming our guests, to her final song she was a joy for our audience to behold. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting something a little different yet very special." I have seen a few singers who do Piaf and don't get the French way of delivering those songs. But you were very good, felt the song, a mixture of pain and human hope that Piaf had. She means a lot to me. WELL DONE Sam Chara can really sing, I mean really. Forget the mp3, myspace, artist profile... Come, hear and see this truly magnificent artist. It will blow your mind... it did ours! - author Paul Chi Healthy Concerts- This is a beautifull singer, full of magic,she makes her costumes,songs,music,and gives her heart to every song she sings,I was so impressed by her that i would promess you that Miss Sam Chara is a new born Star! ThreeWeeks revieuw TW rating 5/5 Bal Masque Edinburgh Fringe 2009 One won't see a more eclectic show this month than this cabaret rollercoaster. With elaborate costumes, excellent musicianship and some deadpan gags. It bills itself as Victorian but it's as if the Tardis has been employed to bring them closer to the now. Competing with the pounding drums from downstairs, this quartet create a powerful show with odes to freedom, love and loss and it would be churlish not to recommend this with utmost vim. "

"Just a short note to thank you ever so much for the great show and dance for us here at the HAG. I have waited until today to write this as we had a meeting on Wednesday and it confirmed everything that I told everyone about the upcoming show and dance. I was told, the band said this was the first time you have played in a hanger and I must say, the acoustics were awesome and the sounds were great even where I was sitting. At the time I thought you had more than enough on your plate but how in hell did you save the song "At Last" for the very last number. It was the very song I would have requested and it back to my Junior and Senior days in high school. Nuf said about that. Yup, I might have had a small tear in my eye, hearing the music, you absolutely stunning! And the Band, exceeded my expectations. Got to get you guys back—Rick Holland is just a splendid musician!!"
