How to change the date of an event

Change an event date (before a contract is created)

Customers can edit the date of their event from their account.

Navigate to the event in my account, then click the "Edit Event" button (top right) and choose the new date.

Change an event date (after a contract is created)

After a contract is created, please contact us to change the date or email us at admin@gigheaven.com and we will update the event date and the contract date for you. Please make sure you both agree on the date change first.

  • Remember to include the event ID (e.g. GH12345) and the date you want changed.
