Creating a booking contract

Suppliers create contracts by clicking "Manage Booking" in their Gig Heaven account.

Once a contract is made it can be saved for later, or signed and sent straight to the customer.

The customer can either agree to the contract or request amendments, allowing the supplier to edit the contract and send it back to the customer to agree.

Suppliers must enter their total fee (including all equipment and taxes) into the Total Fee box and any travel expenses (if applicable) into the Travel Expenses box when creating a contract.

We recommend that suppliers request payment of the balance on or before the event date.
