Dimitris Bakopoulos is a graduate of the Hanze University Prince Claus Conservatory of Groningen, Netherlands. Has been a student of many acknowledged musicians from the scene in New York as well as in Europe such as, Billy Hart, Don Braden, Greg Hutchinson, Rick Magritza, Tim Armacost, Seamus Blake, Mike Clark, Dado Moroni, Danny Grissett, Paul Bollenback, Sheryl Bailey, etc.
Dimitris Bako Quartet is a great jazz band for bigger venues but not only. With its high energy and vocabulary will make your evening or launch smooth and cosy.

Normally we arrive about an hour before the gig, and play 2 sets of 50mins. More can be arranged.
