"A huge thanks to you and the band in contributing to a very successful Battle of Britain Ball. The music was varied, fun and had the dance floor full from start to finish. This is the 3rd time I have seen the swing band and each time there has been a different arrangement or new tune to add to each occasion. Looking forward to next year."

"Kit was booked to perform at a adult / children’s party. Kit was excellent and managed to blend the first set into an entertaining piece for the adults and kids. To a second set which was a perfect piece for a transition and background piece while w rate food and the kids relaxed. The third set was much more upbeat, grey for the adult entertainment and brought an excitement to the evening. I would not think twice about hiring Kit again. He manage our requirements perfectly , by listening to what we required and delivering on every request. The feedback from all our guests was exceptional! Thank you Kit and hopefully we will see you at the next event. Roy and family"

"Please will you pass on our thanks to all members of Mr Swing’s Dance Orchestra. We have such good memories of our friends having a great time when the swing band was playing and loads of people have been in touch to say how much they enjoyed the music. We really hope to see you perform again in the North West but until then we shall continue enjoying listening to the CD – it has enlivened every car journey since we returned from honeymoon. "Their musical talent, And all around genuine nice guys! And they don’t do what most 50s 60s rock ‘n’ roll bands do ... go off on their own tangent , they stick to the agenda and they do it SO well !! You can actually dance to all their amazing music! 🎤🎸🥁🎸🥰 Wait ‘til you hear “Cry to me” ! A standing ovation the first time they performed it ! 😍 We love this band, It proves you don’t need quantity, just quality! We even had them play at our wedding last year! 10/10 💃🕺 "

"Thank you all so much for your amazing performance on Saturday evening, which was everything I could have hoped for! Your music was brilliant, got everyone up dancing and I can’t tell you how many people told me afterwards ‘how brilliant the 1920s band were’. As soon as you played your first song I knew we’d struck gold! It couldn’t have been more perfect given the whole Gatsby theme and everyone so dressed up, so thank you all so much. You may be interested to know that we raised an astonishing £7,000 on the night! With just 96 people in the room…amazing! Thanks again Matthew and I’ll not hesitate to recommend you if anyone should ask me for a fabulous 20’s Jazz Band!"

"We were indeed very fortunate to be introduced to Girl Friday ensemble whilst on a 2hour sunset cruise of Maloolaba canals. Girl Friday did not stop. From Classic jazz numbers to crooners and everything in betweent they had it all covered. A huge Thankyou for bringing something back of which we have been missing.
