"I must say these guys exceeded expectations. They played exactly the right kind of music for our 50th Anniversary. We had 90+ guests and they got ‘em up on the dance floor and kept them there all night. I have had nothing but good reports from all the guests. One of our guests has taken their details for a future booking. We have no hesitation in recommending them for similar events. I can also give a verbal or written references. "Deuces wild have performed at Eastside Bar and Grill on 2 seperate occasions/dates and both times put on great performances, and drew in a lot of people, charged admission at door and brought in great revenue, Eastside Bar and Grill is one of London Ontario's Best Live music venues, and to put on a good show there is good exposure for any band"

"My wife and I were looking for a 50's rock and roll band for our wedding and after a lot of scouting around and searching around we finally came across these guys. What can I say, they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked them, their communication was outstanding and they were superb for sending over all the necessary documents that the venue required to ensure a smooth and hassle free night. To top it off they absolutely blew us away live, the dance floor was full from the moment they kicked in and stayed that way until they played their last number. The only complaint was that everyone's feet hurt like hell the next morning from all the dancing. Thank you so much for absolutely making our 50's wedding dream come true. It wouldn't have been the same without you. If you're reading this testimonial, you absolutely have to hire this band if you want to party all night long. Brilliant"

"Deuces Wild organised a fundraiser for a friend who had a stroke to help with his medical bills. I let them have said fundraiser at my establishment, they also performed as they are a great professional Rock/Blues band ,had the place packed to capacity with people lined up at the door wanting to get in, they raised close to $4000.00 when all was said and done and had a fun entertaining night doing it."

"I’ve been listening to Ian Thompson ‘s album ” New World” for several days now whilst travelling to work and back Ian is incredibly talented and a unique and wonderful singer/ song writer He’s from Liverpool and now resides in the Isle of Man The thing that stands out with this album for me is the quality and melody of the songs ( jointly written by Ian’s brother Jimmy ) You can’t help making comparisons with the Beatles with that standard of writing There is rock, pop, jazz and classical influence s here I hear shades of Van Morrison, the Beatles like I’ve already mentioned, Chris rea, Level 42 and even Madness The diversity of each track and the craftsmanship is breathtaking We live in an age where art like this seems to have so little monetary value When you consider how much, time, effort and emotion that’s been invested here This track ” Your my Liverpool ” has really affected me this morning To me it’s a song about loss, about missing times past and loved ones especially parents It conjured up my Mum straight away and I felt she was sat beside me in the car this morning as tears poured down my face A stunning incredible album by a fantastic musician. Beautiful. "
