"We highly recommend Stephan Kane, he was awesome! At our request, he played Spanish/classical guitar prior to the ceremony, our songs of choice for the processional and recessional, and cocktail hour. We were so grateful when Stephan offered to learn our song of choice for the processional. Stephan was lovely to deal with. On the day of the wedding he was very professional but friendly when someone wanted to have a chat. He was responsive to our emails and when we asked for help with the selection, order and style of the songs for the processional and recessional he was very informative. Stephan is a phenomenal guitarist and our guests commented on how talented he is. We are so pleased with his service, attire, demeanour and professionalism. We would hire Stephan again in a heart beat!"

"Stephan played at our wedding (SF City Hall) and was amazing! He sent us a list of songs to select from (a large choice of music- from the Beatles to classical). He was also kind enough to take the time to learn a song for the wedding for a small fee. We had a small wedding: my daughter and wife were the only ones to walk down the aisle. I was concerned that the timing would be off with his playing but he knew exactly what to do and I was grateful for his professionalism and his vast experience! Everyone enjoyed his playing! We strongly recommend Stephan!"

"A great guitarist! We initially talked to him because we liked his playing style and arrangements from the samples on his website. Stephan is a guitarist's guitarist who really cares about the craft. This is something that shows through in the music. It turns out he's also a good person and very easy to work with. "

"SF City Hall Wedding Ceremony 8/29/19 We hired Stephen to play acoustic guitar for our wedding ceremony at SF City Hall (8/29/19). In addition to being very kind, responsive, and professional — his talent is out of this world! His music really set the tune (pun intended) for the entire ceremony! He transformed a very public City Hall into what felt like our own little romantic world. My family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful his music was! Planning a wedding is very stressful having multiple vendors, but Stephen was the only vendor I did not have to worry about or chase down. He’s very upfront with pricing, plan, and requests! "Stephan Kane, Wonderful Classical Guitarist Stephan Kane played for the reception after our family Memorial Service yesterday. He is very professional and a superb musician. He was easy to work with, has a wide repertoire of pieces from which to choose, shows up on time with all necessary equipment, and is a delightful presence. His music provided the perfect atmosphere for the event. It is a pleasure to work with someone who is so talented, yet understated and, indeed, humble. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

"Stephan was awesome to work with. He played exactly what we wanted and even learned our favorite song for our recessional. We asked him to play with a violinist and he was happy to do so. They sent us samples of them practicing which was amazing. We would definitely work with him again! Thanks!"

"Wonderful experience Stephan was wonderful! Incredibly professional, prompt responses, friendly, and, of course, excellent music. I cannot recommend him highly enough! On the logistical side, he took a ton of stress out of the planning experience – his website was super informative, his email responses very quick, and on the day of the wedding everything went smoothly. He's also an incredibly versatile musician - we wanted a mix of Hawaiian, contemporary, and Spanish classical for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and he did exactly that! Many of our guests were musicians themselves, and they all had tons of compliments for Stephan."

"Stephan is an amazing musician and his music and calm presence were the perfect accompaniment to the beautiful nature that surrounded us on our wedding day. We wished we could've ignored the wedding schedule to just sit and enjoy his wonderful music more on the day! With his reasonable ceremony/cocktail hour package, having the chance to experience his music beforehand on his website, and his professional demeanor through email and phone calls the decision to hire Stephan was an easy one. "Ladies, if you want a dreamy and romantic ambiance at your wedding with an affordable price tag and no hassle communication, look no further, Stephan is the musician for you! Initially, I was hesitant about spending money on live music and was just going to have a playlist for my daytime wedding at Halekulani because I was finding that most live musicians did not fit in my budget. However, I found Stephan online and was impressed by his affordable rates compared to other musicians. I booked Stephan for both my ceremony, and cocktail hour/reception (he has a special package for this) and I am so happy that I did! From the very beginning, it was such a pleasure working with Stephan. I sent him so many emails with questions and he always responded very promptly (within several hours) and politely. I had also requested a special song for my first dance, which I wanted to be accompanied by a family member for vocals and Stephan not only did this for free (including a practice session) but I was brought to tears by how beautiful the piece turned out! It created a very special memory for my husband and I. Stephan is a very talented and professional musician and I promise you, he will make your already stressful wedding planning process easier!"
