"Downshift provided the evening live music at our wedding on 2nd September 2022. The band were absolutely fantastic. Really nice bunch of people and the communication was excellent from start to the finish. Our wedding guests loved the band and the music and they got everyone up on the dance floor and singing along. I can highly recommend them. :-)"

"Hi Sam, We would just like to say the biggest thanks, the evening went so well, everyone was buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! The band made our night so special for us and Dale and the band made that possible. We knew you were fantastic but you on the night you lit up the sky and everyone thought the Band was amazing. Your help and advice sorting the stage in the lead up to our wedding was exceptional, you were so helpful, accommodating and reassuring when we had a question or query. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and all the band who are all so gifted / talented, and so much fun! They absolutely made our wedding day one night that we will never ever forget! The dance floor was never empty, Dee and Mel were incredible so much charisma and simply Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us family and our friends – you blew us away ! "These guys were sooo good. Back to back non-stop feel good tunes! We booked them last minute as we had our existing act cancelled - as luck would have it these guys had a cancellation too so it worked out perfect! All our guests were saying how good they were and how much they enjoyed the night. A big thank you - you were fab!"

"We booked StraightFire for our work Christmas party. I had seen the smaller line-up of the band but booked the full 8-piece with the brass section and they blew us away. Incredible - recommended without reservation."

"The Groove Merchants set the mood for a great party!! Everyone from 2 thru 80 enjoyed dancing and listening and watching them play! It was especially fun when the brass section came down from the stage and played right on the dance floor! Well worth the money!!"

"We went to watch Taylormade at one of their showcases after finding them online, which was a really useful experience for us so that we could meet the band and watch them performing live. We found that with most other bands, it was not possible to see them performing live before booking, so seeing Taylormade was really great for peace of mind, and also gave us a chance to get to know Carley and Matt and bit better so things were a bit more relaxed and personal during our wedding day. At the wedding, the dance floor was full all night long, as well as during the DJ sessions between/after the band's sets, and we had so many positive comments from guests, including the musicians within the family who said the band were really good! The live band even learned our first dance song (Grow Old With Me – Tom O’Dell) including having one of the band on the piano, which was really lovely. Thank you so much Carley and Matt! "

"We booked this wonderful band for our wedding ceremony and cocktails hour and a half. The music choice suited the venue and our music taste and everyone commented on Pataria amazing soul voice. We would highly recommend this band for any wedding/ special event."

"I entrusted the Sexton Connection Band with providing music for my Memphis wedding. It was one of the best decisions I made. They were professional, on time, and sounded great! They provided a string quartet that played during the actual wedding ceremony that added a sense of elegance to the ceremony, a 9 piece soulful band for the reception, and a played playlist of songs I selected. Their price was very reasonable and worth every penny! I got a dj, string quartet, and 9 piece band all in one. If you’re looking for a band that can provide elegance and soul to your ceremony, I Highly Recommend the Sexton Connection! Tanya, a happy Bride "
