The whole process was convenient and professional. First we filled out a questionnaire, and then we did a quick online meeting for her to hear our story and get to know each other a bit.
Later, on the same day as we had the first meeting, she had already written the first draft of her speech. It was excellent, personal with some lovely readings/quotes. On the wedding day, it made us feel at ease to have her there with us, as she led the ceremony with confidence and experience.
