"Ian was fantastic from start to finish. I've seen him in action at local venues previously and knew he would be the perfect choice for my wedding. From the minute I booked him he was a massive help, including managing to find us a Saxophonist with only a couple of weeks notice. On the day of the wedding we had him right from the start of ceremony and he made sure to take the pressure off and deal with any issues we had including sorting out the moving of lighting etc when I decided it needed to change location halfway through the night. My guests loved him and he had them up dancing before the main courses had even been served. The music he played was perfect and he even included some wedding guests in the entertainment by providing instruments for them to play (well fake play thank god). Ian made sure to include the music I had requested previously and we had a great time doing some entertaining group dances. Thanks to Ian I have some amazing photos of everyone up dancing, laughing and enjoying themselves. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and we will be wanting him to play at future family events for us. Thank you so much Ian for making our day that bit more fun and memorable. "​​JBMAC recently preformed a set at our wedding. Me and my wife were so pleased we chose them to preform. On the day they were nothing short of exceptional. The dance floor was buzzing and they really helped Create a party atmosphere. They accommodated our special request for the cake cut and first dance, providing a solo sax player. "Paul played at our wedding celebration this weekend... And he was absolutely phenomenal!!! What a legend! He was a true professional from the lead up to the wedding and throughout. He's friendly, thoughtful, and always replies to any questions. Not only that... He is an AMAZING sax player!!! He smashed it out of the park and everyone at the wedding was dancing and loved his music. He is a top guy, brilliant musician, and we couldn't recommend him highly enough! "We hired Alistair for our wedding and what a fantastic job he did! My wife and I don't have the most mainstream music taste, and I have a particular dislike of cheesy music, which could be a bit tricky for a wedding. Luckily for us, the majority of our guests had been to many gigs and festivals with us over the years, so we knew that by playing songs from those and similar bands, he'd be onto a winner. I even said "My favourite songs aren't necessarily the ones that'll get people dancing...", not too tough a gig, eh?? On top of that, it was a really warm day and most guests preferred to be outside in the cool. We (literally) put our dancing shoes on and started the party, and people joined us. I lost count of the amount of times I gave Alistair a nod when he played an absolute tune! He later admitted that he'd never heard of some of the bands I'd mentioned, but he absolutely smashed it. It just shows the level of planning and preparation he went to to make sure we had a great night. We had some nice comments from the guests about the music, in particular one that said "Thank you for not playing the usual rubbish you hear at weddings"? Between us and the venue, we wrongly thought there was an 11pm curfew and he was even flexible to play an extra half an hour by request - something he really didn't have to do, but we were very grateful to be able to let our hair down and dance with the handful of remaining guests. As well as being well prepared and professional, he was super easy to deal with and came across really well, we'd totally recommend booking him for your event. Thanks very much, Alistair! "We had the Gypsy Brothers perform during aperitifs and to start the party - they were fantastic and brought the Spanish vibes we wanted (being a British couple in love with Spain). I would absolutely recommend both MOOOV and the Gypsy Brothers! "

"I had the privilege of watching The Band down Under perform live at a wedding that I was attending. From the out set, I was blown away. In my previous experience of the many weddings that I’ve attended, most entrances are boring and cliche and the DJ’s are no better. These guys however brought an immediate energy to the room that I have not seen matched thus far. I’m usually not one to get up and dance at weddings, however they set a mood that I had never seen. The whole floor was up and dancing, without a single butt planted to a seat. It’s a real testament to the bands professionalism , their unique talent and undeniable natural energy they bring. Following the wedding, in conversations had with others, similar things were said which proved to me it wasn’t just the alcohol talking. If my wife and I knew about these guys earlier, we would have hired them for our wedding. My wife actually turned to me during the event and said “They were the missing piece to our wedding”. Although I wish to use them in the future, I’m not planning on getting remarried lol ! However I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone wanting a funky, talented and unique band to make the most of your special day and entertain your guests. It’s important to note that I’m also not one to write reviews as I find most things extremely underwhelming, especially bands. So the fact that I’m writing this says a lot about my experience and the way you guys made me feel on the night."
