The focoso butcher took care of the catering for our wedding and they were fantastic, the food was delicious, the organization was top, the show cooking was truly a show... tartar joke on the spot.... "They catered our event and it could not have gone any smoother. Not only did they communicate throughout the entire set up but they’re follow through is great. No need to even discuss the food. If you don’t hire these guys you’re making g a very big mistake. They’ll cater any event that I ever do from here on out. "
