"Raphael and the Blue Moon Jazz trio played at our wedding ceremony and reception in Tuscany in October. The responsiveness during the planning could not be faulted and their flexibility in being able to learn our specified songs for during the ceremony was great. They had a lovely sound – just the style of jazz that we enjoy – and played a number of sets based on our preferences. They also played some more contemporary songs in a jazz style during the ceremony. They integrated into the ceremony without any hassle and were in fact the easiest of all the many parts of the wedding to organise. I would certainly recommend Raphael and the Blue Moon Quartet for any wedding or function – such a nice group of very talented people and they made our day truly memorable! "

"These 4 beautiful ladies are an exceptional talent. They surely out did themselves at our wedding reception, performing some of our favorite songs by some of our favorite. They literally had something for everyone in their set, even the young ones were having a blast. Truly amazing, I would definitely hire them again."

"Blue Moon Jazz stood out as professional and relaxed vendors on our big day! Their music was enchanting and set a fantastic mood for our whole day. They were very flexible and gracious in the face of difficult weather, moving their location more than once. Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the music, and it was certainly a highlight for both my husband and I! Their manner leading up to the wedding was also excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough – thanks again Raphael and team!"

"Raphael and the Blue Moon Jazz Trio were the perfect accompaniment to our wedding in Florence. Not only did they learn one of my favorite songs, but also suggested another that made the ceremony superb! The music they played during dinner created an engaging atmosphere ripe with celebration, champagne, and laughter! Many of our guest complimented their performances. Raphael communicated with me promptly by email and made an effort to reach out in the days before the wedding to confirm all the details. He was very flexible and amiable. The price point is a great value for their level of expertise and they are a really lovely group to work with. I would highly recommend their services. "

I’ve been a fan ever since. Raised my kids on your gospel centered groove, and you’ve always been high on my playlist. My son, who is now a youth pastor was playing your Love Education album this morning and our whole family played it in our individual trips to church today. My kids know all the words because it was always a road trip album. So blessed by you and your ministry of music. Here to support your renewed efforts for the next generation! My son got on stage with on "Jesus Loves ya"......anyway, I recently found out the Mylon Lefevre passed away. You and BrokenHeart got me through my 80's up and down in and out of my christian life. Your songs and Mylon's concerts... who knows where I would be now if not for them. So finding you on Spotify has once again blessed me beyond measure, but I was heartbroken that "On the Run" was not included on the playlist. Do you think you can add it to Spotify. "On the Run" was clearly your best album next to "Jesus Loves ya". I am 63 now and I can still rap with you on "Aint it Pretty", I still remember. Thank you for keeping Jesus first in your life"

"It has just been a month since our wedding (19th August), we have pleasant memories and will continue to mention. Everyone was delighted with the level of music performance – with class and taste. Guests said they felt like they were at a concert, and the atmosphere was cinematic. Everything sounded great, Valentina’s voice should be appreciated, it is clear, warm and beautiful. Of course, let’s not forget the great playing of the pianist, double bass player and drummer. Really! Despite the weather surprises during the reception, the band agreed to stay longer for which we are grateful. By the way, we had a full blue moon during the reception which came out by complete coincidence after we had already booked the band. Which made the atmosphere even more wonderful. What else is worth to be mentioned? The contact with Raphael was flawless. I wish everyone would exchange messages so efficiently and concretely. If we had to choose this band again, we would choose the same way. As a professional classical musician, I can heartily recommend this band. Warmest regards, Barbara & Kacper "

"Hired this excellent band for my wedding and they did not disappoint. They performed a great variety of songs that had people up on the dance floor all night. I would definitely hire these guys again if I were having a big enough party, or failing that see them perform in London would be great."
