"This is to say that Gabriel Rosati has completed 6 weeks aboard "Crystal Harmony". During that time he has played in the Quintet and has done an excellent job playing all styles of Dance Band music. I would therefore recommend him, both for his playing and attitude both on & off the stage to any Band leader and can only say that he would be an asset to any band. January 1994"

"Big Smoke Brass played at one of our Freshers’ events in September, and they were absolutely wonderful. The music was phenomenal, but equally their professionalism and efficiency were spot on. They made managing a very stressful event, considerably more enjoyable. I’ve already booked them for our Oktoberfest, and will be looking for other opportunities to employ them again. These boys are incredibly talented and deserve to go far. On behalf of Trinity Laban Students’ Union, thank you so so much for your brilliant performance!"

"We could not be more delighted that Big Smoke Brass played at our wedding. Everyone told us how much they enjoyed their set and how much it contributed to the overall enjoyment of our day - the dance floor was packed throughout. They were so easy to communicate with also. We cannot reccomend them highly enough."

"Sunday afternoon brunch with live music, or Saturday night music matters series at Liberty & Plenty distillery. A great demographic of patrons. Indoor and outdoor seating and performance area. Very low pressure environment for musicians. "

"We particularly wanted a soul band and during our seemingly endless search of bands we were just drawn to The Soul Department! They played at our evening wedding reception earlier this month. Good reviews usually state pros and cons however, the band genuinely do not have any cons! They were professional from the onset, sounded incredible, looked incredible, great repertoire, were brilliant fun and had our wedding party rockin'!!! From start to finish they had our guests on their feet, we loved every minute! Exactly what we wanted! Cannot recommend these guys enough, worth their weight in gold, definitely will book them again, no question!! Thank you, you were amazing!! Melanie Cook xx"

"I went to a party the previous Saturday and heard Kevin playing I was so impressed I asked him to play at a private garden party the following Sunday We had approximately 30 guests and he played for 2 incredible hours Everyone thorough enjoyed the entertainment and have been asking for his details all week He is an excellent musician and knew exactly what tunes to play for his audience as it was a mixed age group I would not hesitate to ask him to play again and I’m sure some of my guests would also like to book him An all round excellent performance with a pleasant and very likeable personality If I could give 12 /10 I would’ve
