"We booked Big Smoke Brass for our wedding reception entertainment, and oh my word did they live up to our expectations! They got our guests on the dance floor, and the vibe in the room was amazing, all because of them! We knew they would be brilliant, but when we requested 'Let It Go' as our first dance so that our daughter could enjoy it, we did wonder if they would say no. We should never have worried, they embraced every request of ours and made our evening absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough, we will definitely book them again for our next party. 5* isn't enough, a million would be closer to what they delivered for us. So, so happy with everything they did. Thank you so much! X"

"Mark was playing along side myself as I was the DJ for the event and all I can say is wow, unreal talent throughout the whole duration of the event and most important an amazing guy so friendly and down to earth. Would 110% recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 (10 / 10) "

"Rick brought his quartet and the little big band to our wedding and reception. He was wonderful to work with, being both receptive to our requests and knowing where to fill in the gaps with his expertise. Not to mention I could call him anytime, and he worked around our schedule. They played a tasteful mix of songs great for just listening to and a few that got everyone up on the dance floor. In the end, everyone was raving about how great the band was. Lindsey Holland was amazing, the two comments I heard most were "Wow, they are great!" and "That girl can sing!"We couldn't be happier! Sam and Ellie Carrell"

"I hired Mason for my 30th Great Gatsby and he was absolutely incredible. All of my guests commented on how amazing he was from playing old school to current hits. He was such a delight and as someone who knows nothing about playing a musical instrument, I left it all in Masons hands and he went beyond my expectations. Mason, Thank you truly for creating such a special night. It was amazing!! "

"Big City Dixieland was a HUGE hit in our City Parade! Audiences from all ages were singing along, clapping and even dancing in the grass! Big City Dixieland sounded great! From what we (the organizers) could hear, they played a good variety of lively, well-known Dixieland Music, including a patriotic song. It was very easy to work with Maureen and Michael, their band arrived early, and everyone was very professional. We will definitely be hiring Big City Dixieland band for our next event in 2025! "

"What an incredible group! Deep Down Brass played in the evening of our wedding day. They were a fantastic addition to the day and we can't recommend them highly enough. They played a wide variety of music and styles, from folk to modern pop songs with their own twist. Any requests we had in advance were handled superbly. The group had everyone up and dancing and the day wouldn't have been the same without them. Not only are they fantastic musicians, they're also a lovely group of people. If you're considering booking Deep Down Brass - what are you waiting for?!"

Their outfits fit in so well with the festival vibe and our guests LOVED them. Every wedding should have the Ambrassadors. We already want to organise an event where they can play again. "Thank you Big Smoke Brass for making our wedding so special. We wanted to find a band who did something a bit different, and who could play to a wedding crowd without being too ‘cheesy’. I’m so glad they were able to make our wedding in Wales; they were incredible. From the start, they were flexible about what songs we wanted them to play and were quick to respond - all while being amazing musicians who I’d love to see play all over again. They really judged the mood of the evening and both of their sets were brilliant. Everyone left the evening wanting to know who the band were, how we found them...or wanted to pick up a tuba and start learning. Thank you, thank you! "

"Mark played at our dad’s 90th birthday party last weekend and was brilliant! Great communication to organise the event and everything went smoothly on the day. We requested old jazz tunes and he played the perfect set list and even prepared a playlist for before, in between and after his sets. We would definitely recommend Mark and are looking for an excuse to hire him again. Thanks again xxx (10 / 10) "

"We were so excited to have Big Smoke at our wedding having had to postpone and it was definitely worth the wait. They were fantastic keeping our guests entertained during our drinks reception. This continued in the evening - many guests said they’d never seen so many people on the dance floor at one time! They guys are great and everyone loved them. The communication leading up to the day was great and they were happy to play the songs we really wanted as well as leaving off those we didn’t really like too much. We would highly recommend Big Smoke Brass!"

"The Big Smoke Brass guys certainly know how to put on a show! Familiar and well-loved pop songs played in a way you definitely won’t have heard before. Thoroughly entertaining and never lacking in energy, enthusiasm and swagger. They clearly love playing their instruments and it shows. Dispense with the boring DJ or the covers band you’re thinking of and get them instead. "
