"Alberto was quick to respond to our last minute request for live music and made a 3 hour drive to our location. His own versions of classic songs were incredible, it had everyone listening in awe. He added in Italian songs which we though were probably the best and really made our day extra special. He ended up staying longer to set up inside while we had dinner. We highly recommend him for any event you're looking for music!"

"Fantastic! Perfect addition to a milestone party! Jay Armsworthy & Eastern Tradition were the highlight of my husband’s 50th birthday celebration! Mr. Armsworthy is a complete gentleman and was recently awarded the 2019 Maryland Traditions Heritage Award. We were equally impressed to discover Mr. Armsworthy hosts a weekly radio show, Bluegrass By the Bay. The band is the real deal! Communication and logistics for our event were seamless, and their talent, musicianship, and harmonies - a gift. Our diverse crowd didn’t want the set to end. Thanks for a great evening!!"

"Highlight of our Event Coal #9 was the highlight of our backyard party. From the initial booking onward working with the band was effortless. Communication was excellent throughout. The band had to adjust their setup for our backyard but adjusted on the fly and without any loss in performance or complaint. Our guests raved at the quality of their performance. Band members were friendly and warm and their presence added to the evenings ambiance. "So talented! So fun! Great addition to our party! Number 9 Coal played for 3 hours at my brother's rehearsal dinner and welcome party in November '21. They were fantastic! "Your band did a fantastic job at Melanie's graduation party. Your group was so entertaining, our guests have not stopped talking about the music> We had 115 people and you managed to keep all the different age groups dancing and singing and listening to the classic rock music you were playing. I heard many comments about how great the bass player was, how the drummer played non-stop for hours and never stopped smiling; how the lead singer got everyone involved and even let all the guests up on stage to sing in a sort of live karaoke format. You surpassed my wildest expectations, and I would recommend your band to anyone who wants a great evening of affordable yet great entertainment at their event."
